My Story

Originally from a small town outside of Boston, I discovered yoga when I moved to NYC after graduating college to pursue a career in Finance. I spent most of my waking hours within the walls of the office, missing nature and lacking any creative outlet, my stress and anxiety began to mount. My burnout was so real, but I kept pushing myself to work harder, and force this lifestyle that felt completely misaligned with who I was. I sought out ways to relax and decompress, and that's when I came upon yoga and meditation.

What was once simply a way to exercise soon became a way of life, and gave me a roadmap to address the complicated state of my mind. I continued to lean into my practice and reintegrate the things that brought me joy growing up - music, writing, art. With these things and my newfound meditation practice, I was able to come back home to myself, become a person that would make my inner child proud, and in the process formed a very rich spiritual life. It has been over a decade of having a consistent practice and I can say that these magical practices have transformed me and continue to reveal their benefits to me. I feel like they've given me a superpower and I want to help you find the same thing.
